What attracted you to your job role?   

I was a contractor at the school prior to becoming a permanent member of staff and had a very good relationship with the team of staff here.

I was approached by a senior Manager about applying for an upcoming vacancy at the school and was very happy to secure the position.

The team Ethos and the sense of community.

What do you enjoy most about working at Deptford Green?

Every day is different with new challenges daily.

What is unique about your role at the school? 

My role is very varied and requires me to have a good understanding of school operations from many different perspectives.

What are your future ambitions? What do you hope to achieve during your time at DG? 

To assist the school in reaching its ambition to become 'Outstanding'.

The students enjoy coming to DGS, because they feel safe and supported in a caring and nurturing environment.

They know that they can speak to staff if they need additional help in terms of the curriculum and on a personal level.
