The Creative Challenge with The Construction Youth Trust
A group of Year 11 aspiring designers, architects and engineers is taking part the Creative Challenge with Georgia from the Construction Youth Trust.
Over 5 sessions, they are working with industry volunteers to design a learning space and build a 3D model which they will present to an industry panel in June.
The after-school sessions are a brilliant way to exercise their creativity in a relaxed atmosphere and develop the skills and experience they will need and use in their Post-16 courses and future careers. They even squeezed in some Math revision! Pythagoras theorem does come in useful when designing and building a roof!
