Year 10 Textiles students visited Cockpit Art Studios after school on the 2^nd of December.

Cockpit is home to some of the most exciting makers in the world, spanning every kind of craft. Cockpit Art Studios are located in walking distance from Deptford Green School, our students were able to talk in-depth with makers and creators from all different disciplines.

Students were not only introduced to the makers and creators at Cockpit Studio, but they were able to learn new making, seeing, and observing skills which will inform their practice when developing their craft within textiles.
