We called upon teachers and students to take accountability for our local area and help to keep it tidy.

Our litter picking heroes did an amazing job tidying Fordham Park and filled lots and lots of bags of rubbish. We continued our drive every lunchtime the week before the holidays in order to meet our pledge for #bigbagchallenge, driven by Keep Britain Tidy.

The initiative was so successful and students and staff so positive, that the programme is to be continued on a permanent basis with litter collection at least once per week. #KeepBritainTidy.
